I have been instruction dog classes since 1974 where I took over and instructed dog obedience classes for my former 4-H dog club.

 

I then started my first adult dog obedience class in 1975 and have been teaching classes every since that time. 

 

So far I have titled three breeds to seven C.D. (Companion Dog).  Three of these went on to get their C.D.X. (Companion Dog Excellent) titles and two of them a U.D. (Utility Dog) title.

 

In UKC one of my shelties got his U-CD, U-CDX, and two of the three scores towards his U-UD title.

 

In Rally Obedience I titled three shelties in RN's, two of these went on to get their RA and RE title.  Both of these dogs have scores towards their RAE titles.

 

I have put four CGC (Canine Good Citizen) titles on five of my shelties as well.

Over all I have been training and showing obedience dogs for 45 years.

 

I trained my first dog in 4-H back in 1970.  My two German shepherds were the very first dogs to win Grand Champion back in 1970-71.
